How do I send a postcard?

Follow the steps below to send your first postcard:


  • Click Create a postcard from any screen
  • Click Choose a photo then choose a photo image from your computer. For best results, we recommend that the shortest side be at least 1,700 pixels long
  • On the following screen, you will be able to customize the front of your card. You can move and rotate the photo, choose between a landscape or portrait card, choose a pre-made project or add fun stickers and text to customize the look of your postcard.
  • Choose Message and address when you are satisfied with the design
  • Add a custom message and set the recipient address, and click Preview
  • Review your card on this screen. From here you can go back to change the front or back of your postcard, or click Add to basket to proceed to the next screen
  • On this screen you can either proceed to payment, or choose to add more postcards to this order. Two or more cards will get you a discount of 10%
  • At present, only payment via credit and debit card is possible
  • We will print your postcard within 24 hours, and deliver it to a post office shortly after

What does the order status mean?

Paid – the payment has been accepted and we will proceed to fulfill your order.

Printed – The postcard has been printed and placed in an envelope. It will be delivered to the nearest postal partner in short order.

Payment refunded – the payment for this order has been refunded. To resend a card, go to the order details view and choose Clone.

How is the quality of the printed postcards?

Postcards are printed at a resolution of 300 DPI on glossy paper measuring 148 x 105 mm and a weight of 300g / m2. We use modern digital printing technology to preserve high quality color. Remember that the quality of the printed image depends primarily on its size. You will get the best results when you use images of at least 1700px x 1100px. Avoid using dark images as they tend to get darker when printed.


For extra durability, our postcards are laminated on both sides.

How long does it take to send postcards?

Most of our orders are printed and shipped within 24 hours (on working days) from the time of placing your order. However, we reserve the right to extend this time to 48 hours in the case of a large influx of orders.

When will my postcard be delivered to the recipient?

We work with the largest and most trusted postal partners around the world. According to the arrangements that we have with them, cards sent to European addressees should reach their recipients within a maximum of 5 working days and to other continents up to 3 weeks. However, for reasons beyond our control, the delivery schedules may vary slightly.

What days do you send postcards?

We work from Monday to Friday, except for public holidays.

Where can I send postcards?

You can send a postcard to the following countries: Algeria, Saudi Arabia, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Belarus, Brazil, Bulgaria, China, Croatia, Denmark, Egypt, Iceland, Israel Japan, Canada, Kenya, Colombia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Morocco, Mexico, Germany, Norway, New Guinea, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Russia, South Africa - Pretoria, Romania, Singapore, Slovenia, Switzerland, Sweden, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine, USA, Hungary, Venezuela, United Kingdom and Italy. If you want us to send your card to a destination not listed, please contact us.

Is the content censored or modified?

The content you entered is not checked or read by us in any way. After making a payment, the card is automatically prepared for printing and delivery. Because we do not control any content placed on postcards, we can not be held responsible for it.

Do you check if the address of the recipient is correct?

No. All postcards are processed automatically and we do not check the correctness of typed addresses and are therefore not responsible for incorrectly entered data. Make sure that the address you entered is correct!

What if my postcard does not reach the recipient or arrives damaged?

We pledge to print your order and deliver it to the post office. However, cards are delivered to recipients by external companies and in accordance with their regulations. Please note that in some cases this type of service is not subject to complaints. However, if you have any doubts and would like to contact us or make a complaint, please use our Contact Form.

Is it possible to send anonymous postcards?

Yes. It depends only on you. Your data, such as your name or nickname, will appear on a postcard only when you place it there.

I'm not sure if photos I want to use should have certain parameters?

Yes. Photos should be in JPG, JPEG, GIF or PNG format. Image size can not exceed 10MB. Be sure to use at least 1700 x 1100 pixels for the best printing quality. It is best to avoid dark photos as they tend to lose contrast when printed.

Is your service receiving any rights to my photos?

No. Your photos are your property. We only store them for processing and possible future reuse by you. Please note, you can delete photos from your account whenever you wish to do so.

Is it possible to share my postcards online?

Yes. After sending the postcard, you can share it via email, Facebook or other social channels. Please note, that we share only the front page of the postcard. Your name, address and other personal information are not shared.

Will shipping costs be added to the postcard prices?

No. All prices include printing, laminating, placing in an envelope and shipping, as well as any applicable taxes. The price shown is the final amount due.

Is it safe to purchase postcards via the app or website?

Yes, absolutely. We use Paylane, one of the biggest payment processors in Europe. Your card details are passed on to our payment provider and are not stored by us at any point in time. All communication between our servers and the payment provider is encrypted via SSL.

What currencies do you accept?

We accept over 160 currencies, including EUR, GBP and USD. At present, payment is always settled in Euros.

May I get a discount when ordering more cards?

Yes. We offer discounts and promotions. Discounts are automatically activated when you add more cards to your shopping cart - check the price list. In addition, you can find information about our latest promotions on our Facebook page and from newsletters.

Do I need to create an account to be able to send a postcard?

Yes, registration is required to complete a transaction and only takes a few seconds. An account helps you keep track of your orders, simplifies contact with our Help Desk, and lets you reuse photos and postcards from previous orders.
